The GBL Mission

GBL's mission is to provide high quality youth baseball for residents and the surrounding community with a focus on developing players ages 5-18 in a community and collegial environment with out regard to race, religion or gender.  The volunteer led organization brings a primary focus on growing inter-league play in a setting where all players contribute, and teams are balanced in skills and learn to play ball with good sportsmanship.  A smaller, complimentary set of Tournament teams participates and competes in regional tournaments. Germantown Baseball League is open and accessible for participants including an annual audited financial statement and operations. Leadership meetings are open to the public, and are held at the Germantown Parks and Recreation offices. Games and Practices are held primarily at the Cameron Brown and Bob Hailey sports complex’s off Farmington Road in Germantown, Tennessee
